Toyota Supra MK4 + 30 000 $ giveaway.
The full rules.

01Organizer and nature of the contest

The Toyota Supra MK4 contest (KNG03) is a promotional contest organized by K&N Mécanique Mobile, operating as K&N Giveaways ("the Organizer"). No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The contest is run in accordance with the Criminal Code (Canada), sections 206 and 207, and the Competition Act (Canada), section 74.06. Since October 27, 2023, promotional contests in Quebec no longer require registration with the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.

For U.S. residents, this contest is a sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

02Contest period

All times are Eastern Time. The time recorded by our payment system is the official time of an online entry. An order placed after the end of entries is not entered and is refunded in full.

03Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

• be a legal resident of Canada, or of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, except New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories;
• have reached the age of majority where you live on the day you enter. Canada: 18 in QC, AB, MB, ON, SK and PE; 19 in BC, NB, NL, NS, NT, NU and YT. United States: 18; 19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi;
• hold a valid Canadian or U.S. driver's licence when the prize is handed over.

Entries from an excluded state or territory are void. Digital packs and boosts bought from there are refunded; merchandise is shipped normally, without entries. Eligibility is based on the participant's address of residence, checked when the prize is claimed.

Not eligible: the Organizer's employees, officers and representatives, their immediate family members and the people living with them.

04The prize

The prize is one package: the vehicle and the cash go to the same winner. The cash part (30 000 $ CAD) is paid in Canadian dollars by bank transfer or certified cheque, in the winner's name only, when the vehicle is handed over, after every condition in sections 9 and 10 is met. For a U.S. winner, the bank converts it at the day's rate.

One (1) prize is awarded. The vehicle is handed over with a mechanical inspection done by the Organizer within the 60 days before delivery, and its ownership is transferred into the winner's name.

Paid by the winner

• registration fees and any tax charged when registering the vehicle (SAAQ or the equivalent in your province);
• insurance, fuel, maintenance and any other cost of using the vehicle;
• transport, if the winner wants the vehicle shipped;
• any income tax on the prize where the law treats it as income (in the U.S., prizes are taxable income: the winner provides the tax information requested, such as an IRS Form W-9, and the Organizer issues the tax forms required by law).

U.S. winner

The vehicle is handed over in Quebec, Canada. The Organizer provides the documents needed for export (bill of sale, proof of ownership). The winner pays for and handles export, transport, U.S. customs entry, duties, and registration in their state. The Organizer does not guarantee that the vehicle meets the registration rules of every state.

Cash option

The prize must be accepted as described. It cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize, unless the Organizer cannot award it as described; in that case it is replaced by a prize of equal or greater value.

05How to enter

5.1 — Free entry by mail (no purchase)

5.2 — Bonus entries with a purchase

Buying a digital pack or merchandise on our site gives bonus entries as a promotional gift:

• Prices are in Canadian dollars. Buyers outside Canada pay the converted amount shown at checkout; the number of entries is the same.
• Merchandise: 10 entries per dollar spent, before taxes and shipping.
• Boosts (×2, ×5, ×10) multiply the entries of the pack bought in the same order. A boost bought alone, with no pack in the order, gives no entries and is refunded.
• Referral: each referral code holder receives 5 bonus entries for every order placed with their code by another person.
• In-person purchases: a payment made in person is entered only once it is recorded in our system, before the end of entries, with a receipt sent to the buyer by email.

5.3 — Launch promotion (×10)

There is no limit on the number of entries per person. Entries are tied to the email address used for the order or the mail-in request.

06Entry numbers and the official list

When entries close, the Organizer builds the official list of all valid entries (online orders, in-person purchases and mail-in requests). Each entry gets a unique number. Numbers are given out in consecutive ranges, one range per participant, sorted by email address.

Before the draw, the Organizer publishes the list's digital fingerprint (SHA-256) and the total number of entries. If the list changed after publication, the fingerprint would no longer match, so anyone can check that the list used in the draw is the one announced.

Any participant can ask, by email or private message, for their number of entries and their entry numbers. Entry corrections must be requested before the draw.

07The draw

When: March 1, 2027 at 7:00 p.m.. Where: live on the K&N Giveaways social media accounts. The recording stays online.

How: one winning number is drawn at random among all the numbers on the official list, using the cryptographic random number generator built into the web browser (Web Crypto API), shown on screen during the live. The list's fingerprint, the winning number and the draw log are published after the draw.

The winning number points to one participant. That person is the selected entrant; they become the winner only after meeting every condition in sections 9 and 10.

08Odds of winning

The odds depend on the total number of valid entries received. Example: with 500 entries out of 1,000,000, the odds are 500 in 1,000,000 (1 in 2,000). A purchase gives more entries but does not make any single entry worth more.

09Skill-testing question

This applies to every selected entrant, including U.S. residents. To win, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without help and within 5 minutes, a mathematical skill-testing question asked by phone, video call or in writing.

A wrong answer, a refusal, or no answer within the time limit disqualifies the selected entrant, and a new number is drawn the same way.

10Contacting the winner and handing over the prize

The selected entrant is contacted by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. They have 7 days to answer, sign the declaration and release form, and provide ID (driver's licence and proof of residence in an eligible province or state). Otherwise they are disqualified and a new number is drawn, up to three draws.

The vehicle is handed over in person in Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague within 30 days of confirmation. The winner must bring a valid licence and proof of insurance in their name for the vehicle.

11Refunds

Digital packs are delivered instantly and are not refundable once the entries are issued, except: orders placed after the end of entries, boosts bought alone, and duplicate charges, which are refunded in full. A refunded order loses its entries.

12Publicity

The winner agrees that their first name, last initial, city and photo may be used to announce the result, without compensation. Any other use (video, interview, full name) requires the winner's separate written consent.

13Personal information

Information collected (name, email, phone, address) is used only to run the contest and deliver the prize, and is never sold. Names are hidden in any list shown publicly. Under Quebec's privacy law, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@knmecaniquemobile.com.

14Limitation of liability

The Organizer is not responsible for: technical problems with the website, payment processors or email; lost, late or illegible mail; incomplete entries; or anything that happens to the vehicle after it is handed over.

The Organizer may change, suspend or cancel the contest if events beyond its control prevent it from running as planned. Any change is posted on this page with its date. If the contest is cancelled, the draw is held among the entries already received, or purchases are refunded.

15Applicable law, acceptance and contact

These rules are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. For U.S. residents, applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws also apply, and the contest is void where prohibited. Entering the contest, by purchase or by mail, means you accept these rules in full. If the French and English versions differ, the French version prevails.
